Welcome to The Celeste, a premium property owned and operated by Saffron Holidays and Resorts (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. 2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
A valid ID proof must be presented at the time of check-in.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within the stipulated time as mentioned in the booking confirmation.
